Anycloud Backup for 365 is built with an intuitive web interface consisting of two portals. The management portal is for administration of all organizational data and is where backups are scheduled. Here retention periods are chosen between 1, 3, 5 or 10 years all with unlimited storage. In the restore portal it is possible to retrieve and restore backups with entire folders or single files.

We are excited to announce a recent change to our platform that aims to enhance user experience and improve efficiency and simplicity of the platform: Anycloud Management Portal v3.1.0 release.

The new release of the Anycloud Management Portal v3.1.0 brings a new feature: self-service restore for end users. This is a market-leading first of its kind simple-to-use addition to the management portal, which is released to all customers.

The feature allows employees to access their own emails and OneDrive data. Users can create restores without relying on the IT department as creating restores does not require a device code due to utilizing the users current Microsoft session as verification. The newly added feature is disabled by default and must be activated in the management portal by an admin user and can be disabled at any time. Furthermore, it is possible for the admin to generate a link to the portal to specific users, allowing them to quickly locate data to be restored.
